Important Notices & Support

📦 Delivery Issues & Delays Should your shipment encounter delays or delivery problems, reach our support team via support@dideyttawl.com. We will provide reasonable remedies on a case-by-case basis.

❌ Order Cancellation Rules Full refunds are available for cancellations submitted before production or shipment commences. Once production has started (for custom items) or the package has been dispatched, order cancellation will no longer be accepted.

⚠️ Unforeseen Circumstances Transit schedules may be impacted by uncontrollable events including severe weather and remote delivery zones. We reserve the right of final interpretation for delays and delivery complications caused by force majeure.

Shipping Rates

Taiwan & Hong Kong — Free Standard Shipping (orders up to 2 kg)

Israel & Turkey — Standard Shipping rates by package weight:

All shipments include a tracking number. Shipping costs are displayed in USD. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees for Israel and Turkey are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost.

Regional Shipping Guidelines

Saudi Arabia & United Arab Emirates

• Address Requirements: Complete physical address required (City, Area, Street Name, House/Building Number) plus a valid recipient phone number. Incomplete information may result in delivery failure at sender's expense.
• Package Restrictions: Single-piece shipments only (one package per waybill). Maximum weight: 30 kg.
• Return & Re-Consignment: Re-delivery can be requested within 14 days of return notification. Packages unclaimed after 14 days will be destroyed.
• Re-consignment Fees: 0–5 kg: flat 50 RMB / shipment. Above 5 kg: 50 RMB + 5 RMB per additional kg.
• Non-Deliverable: Offshore island areas.

United States (US)

Non-deliverable locations: P.O. Box addresses, remote regions (Alaska, Hawaii, etc.), overseas territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.), APO/FPO military addresses.

United Kingdom (GB)

• Zone 1 (Standard): Great Britain (England, Scotland, Wales).
• Remote Areas (surcharge: 20 RMB/shipment): Scottish Highlands & Islands (IV, HS, KA27-28, KW, PA20-49, PA60-78, PH17-26, PH30-44, PH49-50), Northern Ireland & Isles of Scilly (BT, TR21-25).
• Non-Deliverable: Postcodes starting with 97, 98, 99; Channel Islands & Isle of Man (GY, JE, IM); military addresses.
• Note: Postcode must strictly match the city name.

Germany (DE)

Nationwide mainland coverage. Non-deliverable: offshore/affiliated islands.

France (FR)

• Address Format: Postcodes must be 5 digits (numeric only).
• Non-Deliverable: French Overseas Territories (postcodes starting with 00100, 00200, 00, 97, 98, 99), military addresses.

Australia (AU)

• Address Format: Postcodes must be 4 digits (numeric only).
• Non-Deliverable: Addresses in AAT, CCI, or NRS cities.
