Order Cancellation

We understand that plans may change. You may request to cancel your order before your dress enters production or before it is shipped.

Once your order has entered production or has been shipped, we are unable to cancel the order.

If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Returns

At Dideyttawl, we want you to be completely satisfied with your dress.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.

Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team to receive return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

• The dress must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and undamaged.
• The original tags must remain attached.
• The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

We cannot accept returns for dresses that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged, or show signs of use.

Made-to-Order Dresses

Most dresses at Dideyttawl are made-to-order after your purchase. Each dress is carefully prepared according to your selected style, color, and size.

Because our dresses are individually produced for each customer, we do not support “buy many, keep one” purchases.

If we identify an order placed with the intention of selecting one item and returning the others, we reserve the right to cancel the order or refuse the return request.

Custom Size Dresses

At Dideyttawl, we offer custom sizing on many of our dresses to help you achieve a better fit.

Custom size dresses are made specifically according to the measurements provided by the customer, including bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor measurements.

Because custom dresses are specially made for you and cannot be resold, custom size dresses are not eligible for return or refund.

Please carefully check your measurements and color selection before placing your order.

Return Shipping

If the return is caused by customer reasons, including:

• Incorrect size selection
• Change of mind
• Ordering multiple dresses for comparison

the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

If the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our mistake, please contact us and we will provide assistance.

Please keep your return tracking information until your refund has been completed.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation email.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Exchanges

Because our dresses are made-to-order and produced individually, we currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size, color, or style, please return your eligible item according to our return policy and place a new order.

All new orders will follow the current production and shipping timeline.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after the processing time:

1. Please check your bank account again.
2. Contact your credit card company or payment provider.
3. Contact your bank, as processing times may vary.

Please do not send your return directly to the address on your package.

After your return request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions by email.
