1. Order Cancellation

Before Production/Shipment: We accept order cancellations before production has commenced or the product has been shipped. If your order is canceled in time, you will receive a full refund.

After Production/Shipment: Once production has commenced or the product has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

2. Return Conditions & Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective eligible standard-sized products within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

For non-defective items, the item must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and in its original condition with all original tags attached. Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, damage, stains, odors, or removed or missing tags may not be eligible for return.

All standard-sized items are made-to-order. To prevent overuse of resources, we cannot accept "buy-many-keep-one" orders. Our customer service team reserves the right to refuse returns or cancel orders reasonably suspected of being placed with this intention.

All returns require prior approval from our customer service team. Returns sent without prior authorization or returned in an unacceptable condition may not be accepted.

We are not responsible for returned items lost or damaged during transit. Please use a trackable shipping service and keep your shipping receipt.

3. Custom Size Dresses (Non-Returnable)

Custom-sized dresses are made specifically according to the measurements you provide, including bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor.

Because custom-sized dresses cannot be resold, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom-sized dresses unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Please double-check your measurements and color selections carefully before placing your order.

4. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at support@dideyttawl.com within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos showing the issue.

After verification, we will provide an appropriate solution, such as a free replacement or a full refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs & Fees

Restocking Fee: There is no restocking fee ($0 USD) for eligible returns.

Non-Defective Returns: If the return is due to a change of mind, personal preference, or choosing the wrong standard size, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error, Dideyttawl will cover the return shipping costs or provide another appropriate resolution.

6. Exchange Policy

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Since our products are made-to-order, we do not maintain ready-made inventory.

If you need a different size, color, or style, you may return the original item if it is eligible for return and place a new order.

7. Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm that it meets our return requirements.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item and will be issued to the original payment method.

After the refund has been processed, the time it takes to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.

8. How to Initiate a Return

Step 1: Contact our customer support team via Live Chat or email at support@dideyttawl.com within the applicable return period. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

Step 2: Once your return is approved, our team will provide the return shipping address and instructions. Do not send your return to the address on the package without prior authorization.

Step 3: Ship the package using a trackable courier service and provide us with the tracking number.

9. Late or Missing Refunds

If your approved refund has been processed but has not appeared in your account, please first check your bank account or credit card statement and contact your bank, credit card issuer, or payment provider.
