The team explained which measurements to send for the custom size, and their quick replies made the whole ordering process smooth. I never felt lost or confused. The dress arrived and fit her perfectly. It was a great, well-guided experience from start to finish.

The bodice fit well without feeling restrictive, so she could move and play comfortably. She loved the soft velvet and the shape of the puff sleeves, which looked adorable. The dress stayed in place all day with no adjusting. It was a really well-fitted, comfortable dress.

The parcel reached us before our event, so we had time to check the long hem with the shoes she would wear. No last-minute rushing at all, which I really appreciated. The dress arrived in perfect condition and looked lovely. Everything went smoothly.

We chose custom sizing because my daughter is tall and slim, and standard sizes never quite worked. The waist and long skirt length worked nicely for her, so she looked elegant all day. She was comfortable and loved the dress. Custom sizing made all the difference.

Customer service replied promptly when I asked about dress length, which is a detail I always worry about. Their guidance helped us verify the measurements before ordering, so the fit was spot on. The dress looked beautiful and was comfortable to wear. Great, responsive support.

The long tiered skirt looked absolutely beautiful at our family celebration, really elegant. Checking the measurements beforehand helped us get a comfortable fit, and she looked lovely all day. The velvet felt soft and rich. It was a gorgeous, well-made dress.

The dress looks wonderful in photographs — the black velvet has a rich texture and the long skirt gives a lovely formal shape. It would be beautiful for a wedding, holiday celebration, or evening family event. Only note: it ran a little long on my daughter and the sizing chart was a bit off for her, so we had to hem it. After that, she looked gorgeous.

I love how elegant this dress is without a lot of extra decoration. The velvet gives it real depth and the long tiered skirt makes a lovely silhouette. My daughter wore it to an evening event and looked beautiful. It's comfortable too. Definitely recommend this one.

The dress arrived before our celebration, which was the main thing. Tracking did take a little while to update, but support answered my question quickly and put my mind at ease. The dress arrived safely and in great condition. Overall, a good experience with minor shipping hiccups.

The velvet looks smooth and substantial, and the stitching and finishing details were neat. The puff sleeves are a nice touch and the layered skirt gives the dress an elegant flow. Overall it has a very polished look. Just one small thing: it arrived slightly wrinkled from shipping, so give it a steam first. Otherwise a lovely dress.

The long black velvet dress has a very graceful look. The simple neckline keeps the design refined and the puff sleeves add a pretty detail. The skirt falls beautifully and gives it a formal, polished appearance. My only small gripe: the velvet picks up a bit of lint and dust, so keep a lint roller handy. Otherwise it looked lovely for the event.

The parcel arrived before our event, leaving time for a relaxed fitting. The velvet gives the long dress a rich finish.

The long skirt is my favorite part of this dress. The tiers fall naturally and create a graceful movement when she walks. Combined with the velvet and puff sleeves, the overall look is elegant and special. I'd have given it 5 stars, but it arrived needing a good steam to get the creases out of the skirt. After that it was perfect for the occasion.

The puff sleeves and tiered skirt are so cute together! Love the velvet for a holiday outfit. This is the one she wants to wear for our family pictures.

Customer service replied quickly to my sizing question and explained which measurements to send. The short puff sleeves are a charming detail.

We discussed the length before the custom order and it suited her height. The long velvet tiers suit a formal autumn celebration.

The waist fit nicely without pulling and the overall shape looked balanced. The sweetheart square neckline looks lovely with the sleeves.

The design is simple in a good way. The soft velvet, defined waist, and flowing skirt make a very graceful outfit. I also like that the puff sleeves give it some character without being over the top. My daughter wore it all evening and said it was comfortable. Beautiful dress.

The fit and velvet finish were lovely, and the dress looked beautiful on her. I would have preferred sturdier packaging, just for extra peace of mind during shipping, although the dress arrived safely. The quality of the dress itself was excellent. We were very happy with the purchase.

The color we selected worked nicely with the rest of the wedding party. The satin waistband contrasts nicely with the velvet.

The black velvet makes this dress look much more luxurious than a basic formal dress. I like the clean bodice and the subtle detail on the sleeves. It has a classic look that works for weddings, parties, and other special occasions. My daughter looked beautiful — very glad I picked this.

Custom sizing helped us get a hem length that suited her perfectly, no tripping or dragging. The tiered skirt looked beautiful without being awkward for her to walk in, so she was comfortable all day. The dress fit like it was made for her. Definitely worth the extra effort.

This dress has a sophisticated feel and worked beautifully for the formal celebration we attended. The black velvet looks rich, and the fitted waist gives the long skirt a flattering shape. The sleeves are pretty and my daughter said they were comfortable. Very happy with how she looked.
