I laid out three dresses for my granddaughter’s fifth birthday, and this was the one she immediately reached for. She loved the sparkly top and spent most of the party doing little turns to show everyone the pink skirt. Two other parents even asked me where we found it. The blush color felt sweet without looking too babyish, and it photographed nicely both indoors and outside. Seeing how proud she was to wear it made this an easy five stars.
She put it on, looked at herself in the mirror, and immediately started blowing kisses. That was pretty much the end of the decision-making! I was mostly relieved that the sparkly top didn’t bother her because she normally complains about anything “scratchy.” She wore it through the entire evening and was still smiling in it when we got home.
My daughter had a very specific idea of what she wanted her Christmas dress to look like. We couldn't find anything in store, so took a chance ordering this. I was really pleasantly surprised by the quality of the dress. My daughter loves it, and it looks great.
