Good support on lace-up adjustment, slow reply

I messaged support about how tight to pull the lace-up back and whether the satin could be steamed directly. Response came back in about 12 hours - a bit slower than I had hoped, especially since I ordered close to the event. The answer itself was thorough: they told me to tie it snug but comfortable, not cinch it, and to steam from the inside of the skirt rather than the outer satin face. It solved the issue. No follow-up needed.

The package arrived in eight days from dispatch, right on the estimated timeline. Tracking emails were sent at pickup, departure, and delivery - no gaps. The dress came folded in a protective plastic bag inside a padded envelope. It was noticeably less wrinkled than other formal dresses I have ordered online. No damage, no missing buttons, no loose threads. Arrived five days before the wedding.

Shipped within the window, though it was close

Order placed September 1, occasion was September 27. The confirmation quoted 10 to 14 business days for dispatch. The dispatch notice arrived September 12 - at the outer edge of that window. It still arrived in time for the event, but I would have liked a heads-up if they were running close. Communication during the wait was minimal, though the dress itself was fine.

Off-the-shoulder fit worked after adjusting the ties

We ordered a size 7 for our daughter who is about 49 inches tall. The off-the-shoulder neckline sat where it should on her upper arms after we adjusted the lace-up back - you can really dial in the fit at the bust and waist, which is a big plus for a growing kid. The tea-length hem fell about mid-calf, a touch longer than I expected but still elegant. The only reason for four stars is that the shoulder elastic was a little snug on her upper arms; after an hour of wear she asked to pull the sleeves down. Worth it overall.

Beautiful satin drape with clean seams

The satin has a soft, medium sheen - not cheap-looking plastic shine. The crossover pleating at the waist sits flat against the body and actually defines the waistline rather than looking gathered. The A-line skirt holds its shape well and does not cling. I checked the seams after unpacking and they are straight, no puckering at the zipper, and the hem is even. There were some creases from shipping, but satin releases them easily with a steamer on medium - ten minutes and it hung out completely.
