Support walked me through hem measurements clearly

I emailed support because I was not sure whether to size up for growth room or size to her current measurements, and I also asked whether the lace bodice needed an underlayer. They replied within four hours with a detailed response: size to current measurements rather than growth, because the lace-up back lets you let it out a little, and the bodice was already lined so no camisole was needed. They even included a measurement guide for where to measure the hem. Really helpful.

Package was slightly delayed but undamaged

Tracking showed a two-day hold at the international sorting hub, which pushed delivery to day 10 instead of the estimated 7 to 8. It still arrived a full week before the event, so no panic. The box was a little crushed on one corner but the dress inside was in a garment bag and was completely fine. Minimal wrinkles, no stains. Communication from support about the delay was proactive - they sent a short email apologizing.

Dispatched early, well before the wedding

Ordered August 25, wedding was September 20. The listing said dispatch within 7 to 10 business days, and the dispatch notice came September 2 - six days in, ahead of the window. That gave us three full weeks for shipping, steaming, and any last-minute adjustments. The customer service even sent a short note confirming the ship date so I did not have to email asking.

Fit chart was accurate; cap sleeves run slightly snug

Our girl is 52 inches, ordered an 8. Bust, waist, and length all matched the size chart within half an inch. The floor-length hem brushed the tops of her flats - we did not need a hem because she was wearing modest flats for the wedding. She could sit through the ceremony and dinner comfortably, and the skirt gave enough to walk down the aisle. The cap sleeves are on the snug side through the upper arm; if your child is between sizes or has a fuller arm, size up. Otherwise a great fit.

Lace bodice is actually comfortable against skin

I was worried the lace bodice would be scratchy, but it is lined with a smooth acetate layer so the lace never touches her skin directly. The contrast between the floral lace on top and the plain satin skirt below looks elegant - not overly matchy. Seams are finished cleanly inside, no rough serged edges against her back or under the arms. The satin skirt has a nice weight to it and swishes when she walks. She wore it for a six-hour wedding day with no complaints about itching or adjusting.
