The unique thing about this dress is the top is so full of sequins, but the fabric underneath is so soft and stretchy that it doesn’t feel itchy or restrictive in any way. The skirt is long and flowy and has so many layers! It looks like an expensive dress from a department store! Very very happy with my purchase!
