The dress came in a plastic bag inside a sturdy cardboard box - better protection than I expected for the price tier. When I unfolded it there were fold creases through the lower tulle skirt, but they dropped out after hanging it for 24 hours and a light steam. No stains, no loose threads, no damaged flowers.
